Ingra, the leading Croatian company in construction engineering and energy sector has engaged Caper as an advisor on a project of financial consolidation.and redefining Ingra’s business strategy.
Estimated duration of the project is 12 months, during which Željko Perić, the founder of Caper, will serve as a Board member for strategy, restructuring and development.
