With this aim in mind, an exclusive summit with some of the leading mid-market private equity firms was held as part of the Oaklins Fall Conference. H.I.G, Riverside and many others shared their portfolios, plans and prospects with our members.
The 18th M&A Mid-Market Forum (MMF)
For the second time in its history Mid-Market Forum was hosted in Milan, attracting over 180 M&A advisors from more than 35 countries who met with over 150 clients. The MMF is part of the Oaklins Fall Conference and is specifically designed to advise clients on progressing their M&A strategy, and to discuss and generate business opportunities through a series of pre-arranged private meetings. More than 400 one-to-one private meetings were held between clients from industry and private equity and Oaklins professionals from around the globe. The meetings considered clients’ specific geographical and sector interests.
Caper on Oaklins Fall Conference
In the behave of Caper, an exclusive Oaklins member from Croatia, the conference attended Željko Perić, founder and managing partner, Joško Vučetić, partner, and Marin Zvonarević, senior consultant at Caper. Caper presented its business results to 45 Oaklins members, and held one presentation on a regular Europe/MENA regional meeting where Caper presented its best pitch presentation for a potential client.

The Oaklins President Award
Dr. Florian von Alten, President of Oaklins, acknowledged the outstanding cooperation of John Zhang from Oaklins HFG China through their event “Explore China 2017” and their quarterly updates on the Chinese M&A market.
